Refund policy
- NO RETURN/ REFUND / REPLACEMENT FOR MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS AS ITS COMPLETELY MADE UPON REQUEST
- Returns applicable only if the end user receives incorrect product / damaged product during transit / manufacturing defective products. The same should be brought to our notice immediately through WhatsApp / call with pictures +919632172222.
- In such case, madhyaan will replace the defective or incorrect product upon receiving the existing ones from the end user, return charges to be borne by the customer
- If in case, madhyaan fail to replace with the correct product, it may happen in single stock product, end user may choose some other product of the same worth. *NO REFUND WILL BE MADE*
- To avoid returns, we always suggest customers to write to customercare@madhyaan.in with the product code for more pictures before ordering any product
- Return products need to be received by MADHYAAN within 7 days upon the dispute. Failing, the product will no longer be applicable for Return / replacement
- Returns are not applicable and not encouraged in case you don't like the product, it does not suit your face, not matching to your clothes or for any other reason.
- WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OLD FOR NEW.
- WE DO NOT TAKE OLD SILVER ARTICLES OR JEWELRIES OR COINS
- Cancellation will be accepted if the product has not been shipped. The same will be refunded in full or in partial as per the cancellation on case to case basis and money will be refunded to the account within 15 working days.
- In case a Made to Order request is placed and the customer cancels the order subsequently, 25% of the product cost will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to customer.
- Minor Color and Design Variation, All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
